Complaints

  1. Fundamentals of complaint:
    • Complaints can be reported in the case of physical defects of the product (e.g. damage, non -compliance with the description) or other problems resulting from our fault.
    • We are responsible for defects existing when the product is delivered.
  2. How to submit a complaint?
    • Prepare a complaint application containing:
      • Description of the defect and the date of its detection.
      • Contact details (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number).
      • Preferred method of solution (e.g. product replacement, repair or refund).

  3. Receipt of the advertised product:
    In the event of a complaint, we organize the collection of the product at our expense. We will contact you to set a convenient receipt date.
  4. Time of considering complaints:
    We consider complaints within 14 calendar days from the date of notification.

  1. The right to withdraw from the contract:
    • You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
    • Personalized products (e.g. made on a special order) are not refundable.

  4. Return of funds:
    After receiving the parcel, we will refund the payment within 14 business days to the account from which the payment was made.

Replacement

  1. How to replace the product?
    • Fill out the replacement form available here: replacement form .
    • Prepare the parcel:
      carefully pack the product to avoid damage during transport.
    • Send a package to the following address:

  2. Shipping cost:
    • Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
    • Note: We do not accept parcels or parcels to parcel machines.
  3. Settlement of replacement:
    • If the new product is cheaper - we will return the difference to the account from which the payment has been made.
    • If the new product is more expensive - please pay a subsidy before shipping to the account:
