Returns, Complaints and Exchanges

At Vikingmoss, your satisfaction with your purchases is our priority. Below, you'll find detailed information regarding our returns, complaints, and exchange procedures, which will ensure that any order-related issues are resolved efficiently and transparently.

Complaints

  1. Grounds for complaint:
    • You can file complaints in the event of physical defects of the product (e.g. damage, discrepancy with the description) or other problems resulting from our fault.
    • We are responsible for defects existing at the time of delivery of the product.
  2. How to file a complaint?
    • Prepare a complaint form containing:
      • Description of the defect and the date it was discovered.
      • Contact details (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number).
      • ( vikingmoss or refund).
        Submit your ticket to office@vikingmoss.com .
  3. Return of the product:
    If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the product to be collected at our expense. We will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup date.
  4. Complaint processing time:
    We process complaints within 14 calendar days from the date of submission.

Returns

  1. Right to withdraw from the contract:
    • You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.
    • Personalised products (e.g. made to order) are non-returnable.

    • Prepare the product for shipment:
      The product must be intact and packed in its original packaging.

  4. Refund:
    After receiving the parcel, we will refund the payment within 14 working days to the account from which the payment was made.

Exchanges

  1. How do I exchange a product?
    • Complete the exchange form available here: EXCHANGE FORM .
    • Prepare the shipment:
      Carefully package the product to avoid damage during transport.
    • Send the package to the following address:

  2. Shipping cost:
    • Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
    • Note: We do not accept cash on delivery parcels or parcel locker deliveries.
  3. Exchange settlement:
    • If the new product is cheaper, we will refund the difference to the account from which the payment was made.
    • If the new product is more expensive – please pay extra before shipping to the account:
